Clamping issue, storage and processing

Clamping-Hub is a managed service providing a solution directly where itís required. No need for in-house expertise and costly server setup. All maintenance tasks are included in a support package. Clamping-Hub is a web based system allowing access from any internet connected computer.

Automated and Manual Clamping Entry

Clamping data can come from a number of sources.
  • Hand written Clamping tickets
  • Tickit-Mobile Devices
  • ANPR Systems

  • The system is designed to interface with a wide variety of capture equipment and can be expanded to handle new technologies as they become available.

    Clamping Progress Control

    Each Clamping ticket is moved through a set of defined stages giving clear visibility and reporting of all Clamping tickets within the system, from issue to pay and release. Where possible, each step is automated and Clamping tickets move through the system with no manual intervention.

    Tickit-Mobile Management

    All Tickit-Mobile management tasks are executed from Ticket-Hub. Ticket-Mobiles can be enabled, disabled, updated and configured centrally.

    Location Management

    A location aware approach to Clamping is core to the system. This ensures potentially complex rules are adhered to and errors are not introduced at the Clamping stage. The key control features are listed below:

  • Control of offences that can be enforced, based on site rules, client wishes and parking signage.
