Tickit-Hub   

Parking Charge Notification management is only part of the solution offered by iView. Tickit-Hub allows you to manage all areas of your parking enforcement organisation.


Removing ad hoc, home grown systems with a managed central system, designed to do the job efficiently and provide you with up to the minute information on all aspects of your PCN enforcement process.


Tickit-Hub is packed with many features to give you a single parking management solution and can be further enhanced with the addition of add-on modules that provide enhanced functionality.


Managed Service

Tickit-Hub is a managed service meaning that you do not need to have in-house technical expertise or costly server setup and maintenace to worry about. All system support and maintenance tasks are included in the support package. Tickit-Hub is a web based system allowing access from any internet connected computer.

Automated and Manual PCN Entry

PCN data can come from a number of sources:
  • Hand written/manual Parking Charges
  • Handheld Devices (Tickit-Mobile)
  • ANPR Systems (Tickit-ANPR)
  • API - we can facilliate integration with our API when PCNs are submitted from other applications
  • The system is designed to interface with a wide variety of capture equipment and can be expanded to handle new technologies as they become available.

    Each Parking Charge is processed through a set of defined stages giving clear visibility and reporting of all PCN’s within the system, from issue to final payment. Where possible, each step is automated allowing Parking Charges to move through the system with no manual intervention.

    Permit, Paystation and P&D Management 
    Tickit-Hub provides the ability to establish a variety of permits and assign to client locations. Through our client portal operators can facillitate self service permit uploads removing admistrative overhead of this frequent process.
    We also provide an incredibly large ranges of integrations with all of the leading providers including Ringo, Yourparkingspace, Parkeon, JustPark, Whoosh, ParkByText, Parkonomy, Metric, Bemrose and Local Parking Security.

    Location Management

    Location management is core to the system with the ability to configure each location with its own set of rules. This ensures potentially complex client requirements are adhered to and errors are not introduced at the PCN issuing stage. 

    DVLA Vehicle Keeper Details.
    Tickit-Hub identifies when Vehicle Keeper Details are required and automatically prepares the appropriate forms for despatch to the DVLA. Tickit-Hub provides for 2 levels of automation:
    • Batch Printing on plain or formatted paper for postal applications.
    • Direct Interface with DVLA Gateway Software* fully automating the acquisition of owner details.
    *Requires DVLA Authorisation, BPA AOS membership and optional DVLA Gateway module.

    Automated Batch Printing & Hybrid Mail
    Unpaid PCNs are identified and formal demand letters generated for despatch based on the contravention and keeper details. All letters are formatted and branded to the client’s requirements.

    In addition we have an additional module for Hybrid Mail which removes all of the administrative overhead of manual printing, enveloping, franking and posting of outbound correspondence. The fully integrated module for Hybrid Mail takes care of all of that for you by completely automating the end of end letter production and fulfilment process.


    Online and Telephone Payment Systems
    Additional modules can be purchased to handle both Online and Telephone (IVR) payments. These systems are integrated into the Tickit-Hub to ensure the correct charges are requested and each PCN case is updated at the time payment is made.

    Online Appeals and Transfer of Liability
    Tickit-Hub includes the capabilty for operators to offer online appeal and transfer of liability capability via a secure portal that can be fully branded with logos and styles.

    Debt Recovery Export and Transfer
    PCNs that remain unpaid following a formal demand notice are processed by the system, prepared and exported to a Microsoft Excel compatible file format. This information can then be sent to an external debt recovery agency of your choice but we have also built partnered with a number of leading Debt Recovery Companies to provide an automated transfer of debt cases directly to them.

    Client Management

    In larger environments with many locations distributed across the country, client management becomes very important. With large sites generating many PCN’s it’s essential to have control on how your business manages its clients and our client management capability allows for this.

    Operative and Handheld Management

    All Tickit-Mobile handheld management tasks are executed from Tickit-Hub. Handhelds can be enabled, disabled, updated and configured remotely.


    Flexible Commission based system

    A Commission based approach allows both Self ticketing and larger clients to generate revenue from parking enforcement and in many cases allows clients to fund their enforcement solution. Commission rules can be based on Location, Client or Operative.

    Reporting & Analytics

    A comprehensive set of reports are available throughout the application. These reports are live and show an up to the minute analysis of all the PCNs held within the system. The sophisicated analytics that we provide in Tickit-Hub provides operators with in depth data from which to manage their day to day operation.
