Issue Authorisation Control
Access to each device is controlled via a simple login screen. The operative is always identified to a device allowing the system to control how each PCN is issued. Access control is centrally managed by Tickit-Hub allowing each device to be continually updated and configured without any reconfiguration of the handheld device.

Locations and Sites
Operatives can simply switch between locations they are allocated to work at. All other location related data required to issue a PCN is then automatically recorded against the PCN at the point of issue. Only enforceable contraventions can be selected based on site rules, client wishes and signage. These are defined on Tickit-Hub and sent to the handheld making it impossible for an operative to issue a PCN for a contravention which has not been authorised.

Image Capture
By utilising the handheld inbuilt camera, the need for operatives to carry a digital camera is removed. As many images as required can be taken and are automatically associated with the PCN at the point of issue. The task of posting, downloading and indexing images from digital cameras is no longer required.

Enforced Observation Time
At locations where an observation time is required, the system can be configured to prevent the issue of a PCN until the vehicle has 
been logged and a specified observation time expired.


A comprehensive list of predefined contraventions is built into the system which can be expanded and tailored to your requirements. Additional information such as P&D expiry time can be added to ensure all relevant data is captured by the operative when issuing a PCN. Vehicle Overstay / Free Time is handledusing our overstay module that allows vehicle details to be recorded and checked at intervals during the day.

Warning Notices

Certain environments require a more tolerant approach to enforcement. Tickit-Mobile can be setup to monitor logged vehicles and issue warning notifications to first time offenders.

Vehicle Logging and Notification

All vehicle details are logged and tracked within the system. This enables notifications about specific vehicles to be given to the operative, allowing them to make informed decisions about how they handle individual cases. This can help control how repeat offenders are dealt 
with or how the operative handles vehicles with a known history.

Latest Mobile & Communication Technology

Enforcement activity data is transferred to Tickit-Hub via the internet using the 4G communication technology. All transfers are made automatically by the handheld at regular intervals. 

Autonomous Operation
Tickit-Mobile is designed to operate without a permanent internet connection. This allows operatives to work in locations where mobile web access is limited or unavailable. The system automatically detects when connectivity is available and processes data transmissions during 
these times. Administrative staff can easily view detailed information about the handheld via Tickit-Hub and the system will indicate when
a device last communicated with the server.
